Our 1 yearupgrade price is usually much more then $75 more then the 2 year upgrade price, I still have to check on that price.

BBY can also not honor any discounts Sprint has noted on your account unfortunatally.

Edit: Actually, if it's a credit they are going to give you AFTER activation then they should still be able to do this no problem if you call them.

I have been on the $30.00 SERO plan for a little over a year now. Would I be eligible for a discounted price? Thanks!

Thanks! That's some good info. I've been really hoping to pick this thing up at Best Buy because I'm a Premier Silver Reward Zone member, so I'll get 20% off and a butt-load of points. :D

Yes you will, the associate will have to do the upgrade over the phone not in SNAP. And if they say they can't do it, be persistant, because I've upgraded my girlfriend's family's SERO plan, just took like 3 calls.

Thanks for that info. I may just buy from best buy if they do get shipments early.

Hey guys,

I work for Best Buy Mobile too, and I got an email last night on information about the Touch Pro. It said we will be getting it the 26th (1 week before Sprint gets it). I read this powerpoint that said CONFIDENTIAL all over it about the Touch Pro and what we're doing for it.

Updated first post on 1-year upgrading pricing, checking my email now to see if I can find the powerpoint that bombzhome is refering to.

Update: Can't find that powrerpoint or anything else refering to the Touch pro other then one pdf pricing sheet where it's thrown in, bombzhome please check your PMs.
