the mogul had horrible build quality. the 6700 was solid, but the mogul didn't hold up physically. performance could have been better too.

I'm guessing that a lot of people who had repeated problems with their Moguls are also going to have problems with their Pro's. I have seen they way some people treat their ppc's. I guess they think they are built the same way their old bag phone was.

My problem with the Mogul was the white spot that formed on ever single Mogul I've had. Unless HTC screwed something up again, I'm hoping to never deal with that again.

You're lucky with just the one, I had 3 of them... one to to left and below the brightest glow spot....you know how annoying that was when the screen is displaying a dark website?

I love my mogul. Thanks to this site i have tweeked it out very good. With Ultimate browser, pocket cm, and a whole bunch of other stuff from here my mogul works great.

I have my Krzr, Lg pm 322, Apache and a Mogul all sitting right here. I couldn't go back to a regular phone they are just to primitive. I wouldn't call the Mogul a POS but, it doesn't compare to the Diamond. The Pro is just a lil thicker with a keyboard and more ram and TV out, I am attached to my Diamond and I have nothing but <3 for PPC's. That being said if you don't like the Pro when you get it take it back and get whatever you want, but Diamond series is the way to go!!

Well I have had my issues with my moguls especially recently, but all in all it was a good phone. Now I loved my apache dearly and if I had a choice between the two I would choose my apache over my mogul even though with the mogul having reva and gps. Currently one of my moguls just got replaced with a diamond and that is really one cool phone and if it just had a microsd slot I would probably have learned to live without a keyboard for the time being
