Was the Diamond first posted on the Day it was slated to launch? I don't recall it being so, maybe their just teasing us............I hope. But, that would be cruel and unusual punishment.

Yep, on the 9/14 it was on the website early that sunday morning.

Here's the history when the Diamond was released:
On 8/28 (first release date that had been indicated on the forums), a ton of people called telesales and checked online because they chose to believe Tier 1 CS reps and telesales (stating the phone would be released then)...nothing.

On 9/2 (2nd release date stated by CS reps and telesales / also leaked earlier by people with "inside info"), a ton of people called telesales and checked online...nothing (even though a "delay" had already been leaked by people with "inside info").

On 9/14 (date that all the credible "insiders" had stated WAY before Tier 1 CS reps and telesales could confirm), sure enough, it was available online first thing in the morning and telesales (as soon as they were availble for ordering).

For the Touch Pro...same situation seems to have been happening, which is why many of us have said it's "deja vu."
I'm still expecting a 11/2 release (and possibly Best Buy on 10/30 as some insiders have stated).

i had a bad dream.i woke up oct.19th and sprint didn't have the pro.i'm glad that when i wake up i'll see it was all a mirage....

O god i called last night to lock it up and the lady said it will be out today so then i called foreign and she said 2nd week of nov. gonna call back when us people start opening up

now they claim "We have it , but it's not available to sell yet...can we call you back when we can release the sale"
