I'm kinda in the same boat. I ordered mine thru evpdiscount and they told me no. I called sprint the rep kept going back and forth with yes than no than yes than no. So imma take it as a no. Might still try to send it off if I get an rebate form and try my luck cause I truly don't have a clue whatever ppl under the 2 yr upgrade gets the 100 MIR or not

Re: mail in rebate?
Only one of my 2 accounts technically qualified for the mail in rebate. So I contacted eCare and they offered to apply the MIR immediately to both my accounts after I activate both lines. No paperwork, no hassle... I hate the 14 week turnaround for these things - seems like more than enough time to conveniently 'forget' I ever sent for one!

Re: mail in rebate?
I'm so confused on all this rebate business. My Sprint contract ends in two weeks (after 2 years of being with them) so I get $150 discount (for the 2 years) and the $100 mail-in-rebate? So what does that all come out to $300 or less?
