The 6950 being the Touch Dual would make more sense than it being the Diamond or the Raph. HTC tends to create a new model number for each device in the hundreds... ie., 6700, 6800, 6900. 6900 being the Touch, 6800 the Mogul, 6700 the Apache... then the 6600 before that even.

I don't see why they'd create half a model number for a completely new device.
