They basically added Nav for $30 from the original 500 plan. This sucks ***. ![]() Thankfully I already have the original sero plan. |

Re: Raphael/touch Pro Comin To Sprint??
I thought that to be on a SERO plan, you had to be a Sprint employee, or at least direct family... how does everyone seem to have these? Are there a million Sprint employees?
and... people complaining that they would not be able to use their phone if they had to pay $60 or whatever... damn! most people pay twice that per month... there are costs to having a cell phone... I feel that I have a pretty nice (non-contractual) setup going on... but it's still more expensive than your "oh crap" price-point... I've just held onto an older plan... I guess I just find it funny that people are frothing at the mouth of a phone that will probably cost them $400-600 cash, and yet a $60 monthly bill would be outrageous to them... Most of the people on the SERO plans, on the forums, typically upgrade their phones more than once per year on top of that... amusing to me... but to each their own, I suppose. |

On another note, I will be upgrading to a touch pro (after OVER a year with my current device) when it is released. |

Re: Raphael/touch Pro Comin To Sprint??
Im jumping to 'the new hotness' because i want hardware accelerated graphics, and more RAM, and a nicer form factor, and improved UI, upgraded USEFUL camera with autofocus and flash, and VGA screen. The jump between the Mogul and Touch Pro is 10x that of the jump between the 6700 and Mogul, so DEFINITELY worth getting 'the new hotness' this time around.
The phone industry seems to have taken a page from the auto-industry: approx. every 3 model years there is a model revamp, and all years in between is slight tweaking, smaller features added, issues corrected, and slight design changes. I expect the Touch Pro's successor to look somewhat similar to the Touch Pro, and the successor of THAT to be a much different design. |

What I find funny are people that say that since you are spending a lot of cash for your phone, it is OK to blow your money on a plan that you probably don't like. Actually it is not funny but more along the line of annoying. To each his own.... |

Re: Raphael/touch Pro Comin To Sprint??
Agreed. I went from a $100/month Verizon plan, to a $30/month SERO plan that actually offers significantly more. That's over $800 per year in savings. No one is whining, SERO is/was just one hell of a deal. And for the record, I change phones roughly every two years.
