Solved: Need Help Re-locking A Touch Pro

I have a phone that is being sent back and needs to be re-locked. I found the threads with the re-locker ruu and nbh files but am getting stuck on the gray 'loading....' screen after the boot loader.

I've tried flashing with the following 2 shipped exe format signed roms from http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=42741:

Hermann_C_SPRINT_WWE_1.03.651.3_RS1.03.15F_SPCS_1. 53_PRL6063_Ship

Hermann_C_SPRINT_WWE_1.03.651.4_RS1.03.15F_SPCS_1. 53_0909_PRL60613_Ship

I've also tried flashing the re-locker using a RUU.

In a nutshell here's what I've done most recently:

1. Previously running a 6.5 ROM (enegry) on my unlocked Touch Pro
2. Softreset my phone and entered bootloader using Volume Down + Power
3. Connected to my computer via USB and flashed the ...SPCS_1.53_PRL6063_Ship from http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=42741
4. Softreset
5. Hardreset
6. Grabbed the Sprint Relocker from http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=61333
7. Copied the RAPHIMG.NBH from that zip file and copied it to a cleanly formatted Fat32 64MB storage card (The re-locker nbh is only approx 514k)
8. SoftReset
9. Entered Bootloader
10. It looks like it finds the image on the storage card but all that happens is a gray screen which says 'Loading....'

Let me know if you have encountered this problem or if you have any tips for me to try.
