How to get battery status and file manager on top

Hi!

I just updated my Sprint ROM. I remember that I used some program to get the batter status and task manager on the top along side the window start tab. (Sorry that I don't know what it is called). Can anyone suggest how to do that? I did the TP cleanup that Goodthings2Life provided, but i can't remember how to get the batter status and file manager back and remove the time. I think this is what I used from TP essentials sticky:
