Changing Roms...

Hey again... Alright I have another question, Im currently using Mightyrom and i wanna try a different one. I downloaded the rom i want to try but when i use the upgrade utility it goes to the normal security screen with the colors and starts to update the same as it did when i installed mikes but with this one it says "this update utilty cannot be used on yout PDA phone please your check your update utility" i have a sprint htc touch pro, the rom im trying to install is for sprint and all. also says "error {244}: INVALID MODEL ID... wat do?
