Touch Pro Freezing 10+ times/day and Oil Slick on screen

I've searched and found that the oil slick is common but my phone also has been freezing 10+ times a day (including almost every time I receive a call/txt). I did a hard reset and then used SPB Backup to restore my phone (should I have installed every cab separately instead?). The phone freezes to the point where I have to remove the battery to reset it. A lot of times the screen will also come on (randomly) and the hard buttons will not work (so you cant use the power button to turn the display off). I'm not really sure what to do at this point; I don't have time to deal with Sprint/Best Buy/Asurion to get a new phone but I also can't afford to not be able to answer calls.

Here's a list of what I have installed (I thought at first the problem was with S2U2 so I removed in and switched to Pocket Shield but the problem persisted.)

I have a stock ROM Sprint Touch pro with black theme (15 tabs) with an 8gb microsd. I'm not really sure how to fix it at this point. Any ideas?
