Hold power and volume down button and hit the reset button... This will put it in bootloader mode... Hook up usb and start the flasher... it should see it and ask whicj rom to update to...

As for the Roms.. It looks like Mighty 4 is the only one for the VZW guys... Nice , fast and basic... The others just dont seem worth the effort with the gimped devices...
