Cannot Reinstall WifiRouter v.0.98

Had problem with this app when my WIndows 7 laptop would not connect to it....just got a yellow exclamation mark suddenly and kaput....was working fine before..

now just trying to reinstall and running cab file yields '"installation of WMWifiRouter.CAB was unsuccessful"

any ideas on how to resolve this? at this point, i just want to reinstall this app...
