Help: 108.68 MB Ram? Touch Pro Verizon

My phone is only showing 108.68 MB of ram only, it is a Touch Pro for Verizon. It says this is Start>Settings>System>Memory. But if i go to Start>Settings>System>Device Info it will show 192 MB of ram. I am wondering wtf, am I jipped or something because i should never have this low amount of ram.. it is ridiculous. Even tho I am running Windows Mobile 6.5 it still runs good just can't run extra things when memeory goes so low real quick
