Question on updating Radio

Ok quike question i have a Sprint Touch Pro flashed to Isram's rom for cricket, is see that my Radio version is 1.03.15F. and when i go to the htc website it shows there a new radio version 1.12.34F for the Sprint TP. can i upgrade to this and will it flash it back to sprint and if it does would i have to flash it back to Isram's Rom, or is it just better to download a radio instead
