i have cdma sprint touch por and i install wm6.5 but the sms masseges doesnt send or resive

Are you on Sprint? It doesn't look that way from your profile. You will need to talk with someone who is familiar with your carrier's specifics and obtain the correct server information to configure your phone.

while you are on a cdma network, and may be using a sprint branded phone, you are not on sprints network. as mentioned, you will need to find someone more familar with your operator to find the correct settings needed. i would also suggest contacting your operator to see if they can offer any help.
