Here is what I would try, go back to the bone stock VZW rom, use the *228 #1 and then the #2. Try your MMS. If it's still not working try a hard reset and do the *228 again. If this fails as well I'm betting there is an issue on vzw end and you will have to talk to tech support. Don't mention anything at all about custom rom. Let them guide you through the repair on the stock vzw rom. Once it's working, flash to your favorite rom.

Usually flashing back to the stock rom clears things up.

I have downloaded the newest mightyrom and well it works great except the mms.. I have been looking and have downloaded several vzw cabs and no luck..I saw your suggestion Verizon

Connect Via: Data or #777 Or VZW or whatever your data connection is
Send Limit: 1024 KB


NO WAP
and well when i go to my start menu and click on the txt msg icon it opens up all my messages email etc.. well when i click on menu there is no settings option so I do not know how you are able to select it...please if you know please email me@ crazyburner02@gmail.com

Those settings were for the Feb 16 energy rom I mentioned.

After doing a couple of Flash dances I've run into the same problem as the OP and have yet to get it sorted. I can send but not receive MMS. I'll be messing with it tonite and see if I can fix it. *228 does not fix this problem.
