touch pro problems.

my phone wont turn on when i woke up this morning. the battery died overnight and i tried to connect it to the charger nothing lights up or doesnt charge the battery, but when i push the power button i can feel the phone vibrate once then nothing happens..i recenly flashed the energy rom about a month ago and not sure if that can be one of the issues. does anyone know what i can try to do to fix my phone?

I would consider you to go where ever you purchase your phone to get it check up!!!! (if u don't have insurance in your phone then thats a deal ain't it?)might b that the battery died out?>I was watching a video on youtube the other day and some 1 said that if you ask for spare battery on sprint that they might give it to you

....another thing u can try is to remove the battery for a couple of minutes and then try again or try to connect your phone on to a computer to see if that charges the phone at all other than that i cant help you with much!! good luck...
OH and by the way i dont think that the energy rom might b an issue since i had it install on my phone....and i had no battery issues

It would also be worth checking your battery terminals.

My mom's TP suffered a similar ordeal. It fell off her night stand and wouldn't turn on and wouldn't charge. Turned out one of the three small pins that touches the battery was bent. I used a staple, pulled it back out, and it worked w/o incident after that.

It's an easy check to look into!

also phone wont charge with the computer..but for some reason it connects and i can view all the files on my phone

mines just started doing that yesterday....vibrates...touch pro screen, vibrates, touch pro screen (the light shows charging then abruptly shuts off). im thinking it may be the battery. i dont have a 2nd oem battery, but i have a 2nd spare battery and that one turns it on but it doesnt charge at all and shows battery unknown for the status bar. took mines to sprint and they ordered another touch pro that they said they should have tomorrow.

Try and do this b careful though.....

clean the port out with a wire brush using a little bit of alcohol. I would make sure to take your bat out and have the phone off obviously while you are cleaning.Make sure you take canned air to the port to make sure it's dry right after you are done brushing. Gives this a shot, similar issues hopefully that will take care of it. Good luck

i have a extra battery i have tried..same thing phone press power button and phone vibrates..blank screen and function and caps doesn't work also.
