after doing opening it last night i have not had a single issue. so far so good.

Sorry for thread resurrection, but I just got one from a friend, and Verizon said they will replace it for $50. Good deal for getting the phone for free :)

Got it from a friend, insurance won't cover it since I didn't purchase it thru Verizon.
