what is WRONG with my touch pro?!

Okay, so lately my keyboard has been acting up, so I called Sprint about it today and they offered me every phone BUT the Touch Pro 2 because it's "not in stock". So instead of just going for a Pre like I originally planned if the Touch Pro 2 wasn't available, I decided to wait-- and now everything seems to be going downhill.. now the front buttons are acting up, and for some reason my internet is acting REALLY slow.. especially with m.facebook.com. I was logged in for a while, and then after a little bit, pages just wouldn't load. So I soft-resetted and it worked ok for a while. Then after a little, it would be slow again, and this process repeated. Then, I was logged out for some reason, and I couldn't log back in. Every time I tried, it said that the username/password combination was wrong. but I triple checked and it was right.. I'm really getting aggrivated.

Has anyone else had these problems?

also, clear your system cache, that may do it.

i would tell you to take it in, but i'm reading that sprint has stopped switching the tp for tp2. you can thank the scammers like boredandtatooed for that! as a matter of fact, you should pm him since he has all the answers.

well, since they handed me one yesterday, they obviously have them. just trying to not get scammed anymore..

sounds like the op needs to clear all cache and temp. also clean up long sms conversations, as a large pim database can cause the issues described..

otherwise a hard-reset would likely fix.

lol, yup, i'm cool with the reps at my local store, cuz I never break the chain of command and go over thier heads complaining about stuff. also I only come in once every 9-12 months with issues. (unless a referb is rotton 2 days after they give it to me.)

I actually didn't really want a tp2, I reeeaaallllllly miss my d-pad

deductables went up over 6months ago, hows it my fault?

having my own personal hater is kinda fun, i keep finding post where your talkin crap, funn!

My advise is go to the store an get a tp2 on back order, or get them to note it on ur account and call customer care.
