2016 fix for custom roms?

I'm using the silence rom final for touch pro sprint. seems the official fix doesn't like me so can someone tell me is there anyway to fix it?

i did do some research for this. someone said replacing rilphone.dll will work. but i tried to replace this file both from the phone and pc. i simply got notified it can't be replaced...i tried some tools that are able to replace system files in use but still to no avail.

i'm also curious if the workarounds or other unofficial pataches have any side effects? i guess i'd like to go with them but don't wanna end up with another problem.
