Im downloading a 'hotfix' from the HTC site. Its for Alltel phone so hopefully it fixes it for me.

I'm new to this..so how do I apply this to my phone. should i plug my phone up to the pc or put this in my phone some where? please help! my phone is doing the same thing 1/25/16...
