either or. asurion would like you to go through them but the sprint store will look at it as well. i just received a replacement through asurion that had issues. took it to the sprint store where they ordered me another one.
if you get a replacement from asurion and then goto a sprint store for another replacement (whatever reason) and the sprint store orders you another phone, asurion will then send you to sprint for anything else. |

There are 3 issues:
1. I don't get texts until an hour later unless the person is close to me. Weird I know. 2. I can't answer calls. I have to call the person back. (Tried a HR) 3. It gets really hot within 15 mins of being on the phone. This phone is just garbage. I never had these problems with my Tour. Then again I lost it. |

text isnt a phone problem, thats a carrier problem. the other 2 are phone problems. how hot is hot? mine gets right warm but no where near as hot as when im tethered. as for cant answer, you cant answer with neither the send key or the answer button?

It won't answer whether I hit the hard answer key, slide to answer, or flip in in LS and press the soft key.

Stock. That is why I'm so pissed about it. I am going to the store tom. to try to get a brand new TP or TP2. I'm tired of the BS problems.
