Help! :( My Touch Pro is stuck in bootloader and wont display USB, only serial

I can't exit bootloader mode and I've tried hard-resetting it but that isn't working.

From top to bottom my bottloader screen displays:

Security Unlocked RUUNBH

RAPH800
SPL-0.37.CMONEX
MicroP-Hermann (LED) v0C85
MicroP-Hermann (KEY) v0685
PSOC-Raph STAGE_EVT v20

Upgrade ROM code error

try reinstalling ur computer ...if it doesnt work use another USB...

I am having the exact same issue it began when my phone would not respond correctly everything kept freezing or it was to sensitive to touch.
so I rebooted and wanted a master reset well I tried that and now it says the same thing serial error code

I'd try flashing from the SD card since it seems your USB port might be damaged. Instructions here

Eh what? His problem is the phone itself not the computer...

guys everytime that happens to me ...it aint my phone its the usb or the computer...

just try it ..wit different usbs ..well first restart the computer use the same usb ..if ur tp dny show usb ...its probably ur usb ..n now its the time to use another usb....

i had this problem like 2 days ago n i change the usb n i works...oh yea n im using the usb that came wit the mogul lol ...wow old usb but hey it works ...hope it helps

okay now that i got it working, who knows a REALLY good rom i could use, 6.1 or 6.5?

I tried from sd card different computer different cable same results
on my phone it says usb at the multi colored screen so it's being detected not to mention loading from an sd involves no usb and same thing

so I don't know whats up with my phone
