Phone stuck on Touch Pro Boot Screen STOCK ROM

Are you flashing with the correct ROM? CDMA or GSM phone. And CDMA or GSM ROM? Is the phone unlocked?

This phone isnt unlocked, its a stock telus phone. i woke up this morning and it said it has no radio and wont get past the boot screen. Someoene said i can put a new radio on via the sd card but its not working...

Well I sprint with Sprint.
And press and hold the volume down button along with the power button, then press the reset button with the stylus tip, then release the volume down and power buttons when bootloader tricolour screen appears. That will put you into bootloader mode, then plug in your USB cable, and begin uploading your ROM.

i get to the mulit coloured screen but when i try and update it gets stuck on 0%

Okay, well download this. It's the HSPL unlocker for the CDMA Touch Pro. Do what I said in my last post, and instead run this unlocker. It should work.

The thing is, you cant make any changes to the ROM or anything without having the phone unlocked first. So give this a try and let me know how it works for ya.

thats the same as the what was given to me earlier in this thread. except in the file you gave me that picture is not my phone, thats the raphele or whatever, my phone is identical to the sprint touch pro. Anyways it didnt work...i still got hung up at 0%......

This is so retarded...I woke up and all of the sudden i have no radio. This is a STOCK phone....i dont get it. Ive never touched this unit..

It doesnt matter what picture it is actually. Thats really weird. Download a radio, and go into bootloader mode, and then try and upload the radio.

a radio being the .nbh file right?? Ive got the stock telus one, and i tried to update it from my SD card adn it didnt work. What do you mean upload the radio? As ive stated im new to this...sorry
