2.1 or 2.5?
Im not even sure if 2.1 is considered Sense.
But anyways if it is I use NFSFAN for 2.1 http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=88516
and for 2.5 most ROMs have a lot of programs installed but try NRGz ROM http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=69545
I use 21884 bc I don't like the start bar on the bottom left.

If you want barebones try MightyROM, EnergyROM is good but chalk full of stuff so definitely not barebones.

Raidzero and lunacie are both making barebones roms. The latest from Raidzero is working really well on my phone.

Even better use Raid's kitchen and get rid of everything you don't want, make it truly barebones, you'll be very happy.

mighty is barebones??? No way.. if you think mighty is bare bones then mine is barely a ROM.. and dcd's would be considered non-existent. go with dcd. they don't get any more bare bones than that. well maybe RZ naked, but that was a one time thing for one guy.

I've been looking under the same preferences as you are with ROMs.
