For those that don't care for Sprint Navigation, Sprint TV, Sprint Music and don't text a lot... using this link opens up access to a number of legacy Sprint plans that retentions offers.

The Talk plan for 40$ + 5$ internet + 5$ 300 texts = 40$ AFTER discount. That's pretty good for those that use more data & email than anything else.

I personally use about 200 texts per month because of the woman and use about 150 anytime minutes for peak hour calls. I'm sure others out there will find the ability to design compact plans again very nice.

Btw, the 200$ ETF in the agreement on that site does not shrink each month like the standard Sprint ETF does now... so don't look to cancel in a year for 100$.

YES, if you put in an "eligible" Sprint number during checkout they will verify upgrade status. If you are a non-Sprint customer then you can click the "bring your number to Sprint" banner at the top of that page and it will allow a new line to be added/created.

I passed the link to two friends of mine and they both were denied. One was because he wasn't eligible for the upgrade until the middle of this month, the other one was because he went to sprint and paid the $349 for the upgrade which meant his contract just started. So like the person above me stated, yes it does matter where you are in the contract. However, sprints policy is that you have 30 days to return the phone if you don't like it. This folks from this link told him to turn the phone back in, and then and only then could they make the deal happen, because his contract would revert back to what he had. If he turned the phone in, sprint would just credit his account back.

so "eligible" means at least 1 year into your contract? my line will be eligible for the $150 upgrade discount in march. i can upgrade through my line if the minimum is 1 year.
