Anyone return an unlocked phone? - Page 2

Has anyone ever gotten an unlocked/flashed phone as a refurb replacement? I heard it happens sometimes. I should probably ask in the TP1 forum as many of the TP1's were returned, but then again, many of us were TP1 owners.

well Im gsm and have to send my phone back, its stock and will be relocked, but They havent extracted the radio from stock, and the WWE rom I was on changed My radio, so I will be sending it back with a different radio, so will se what happens.......

Wierd even the shipped rom didnt put a radio in..... Oh well whats the worste 100$?

What is the worst, won't they just make you buy the phone? I've been charged for a phone before, but that's because I took too long to return it (they credited me the charge when I returned it), but what would happen if they find the phone "tampered with"?

i pay for ins so worste is that, I could smash the phone before I sent it back if I really wanted to and only be charged the 100 for ins..
