Wouldn't this just be a matter of getting the device to be registered differently by the Hulu webservers? That way when you browse to the site, Hulu would think you are something like firefox on a windows machine or something like that. I'm not positive on this, but maybe.

It might be a go for Opera, but I could see how Skyfire would be rulled out as it has their servers between you and Hulu.
