I want hulu. Possible?
I miss having hulu now that it doesn't work with skyfire anymore. Are there any other options to be able to watch it on the go?

Re: I want hulu. Possible?
Hulu no longer works with Skyfire. Sorry! He was thinking of a while ago or something.
Hulu does not have permission to allow viewers from overseas. There are also some DRM and licensing issues at hand. Oh, and money is an issue too. I think they want to figure a way to make it a paid app., to support the movie and music industry, or some BS like that. This may result in a deal between Hulu and Skyfire to cooperate with blocking international viewers while still allowing US residents to enjoy the service. Until then, Try Mplayer for some Hulu watching: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=501131 |

Really? Not for me. Maybe they have some unprotected stuff that they will allow to play. I don't know. What video did you play?

Yeah, try something besides Family Guy. Those are all approved for streaming and viewable with MyPlayer too. I have a feeling that you might not get much else to play though!

Re: I want hulu. Possible?
Joost still works. NBC also works with Skyfire.

Re: I want hulu. Possible?
Trust me, Hulu does not currently work with Skyfire, or any mobile browser.
I've been a long time Alpha and Beta tester for them and know this for a fact. So, yes, the articles that were linked are correct as well. |
Re: I want hulu. Possible?
Is it possible a gateway program like PlayOn for the XBox 360 exists? I know its a stab in the dark, but I use PlayOn to watch hulu on my XBox.

Re: I want hulu. Possible?
so hulu is a no go????
|
Re: I want hulu. Possible?
Wouldn't this just be a matter of getting the device to be registered differently by the Hulu webservers? That way when you browse to the site, Hulu would think you are something like firefox on a windows machine or something like that. I'm not positive on this, but maybe.
It might be a go for Opera, but I could see how Skyfire would be rulled out as it has their servers between you and Hulu. |
