TP 2 is picky with the chargers..??

Now after owning the phone since day 1, I haven't had a single issue. But for some strange reason I cannot charge the phone with the factory wall charger, nor the motorolla cig charger. The phone will charge with a older HTC wall charger but that is it. Does someone know why all of a sudden my TP 2 is being picky with the chargers? I have not changed anything with the phone. My wifes TP 2 works fine. Any pointers would be appreciated...I really don't want to have to get a replacement phone if not needed.
