Metropcs youtube not reliable

I am using mightyrom and I have metropcs service and I am having problem with youtube app and the weather app. The youtube app would say no content most of the time but when I connect it to the wifi, it will download content without any issue. It is the same as the weather app.
I am also having problem with gmail sync thru active sync. It looks like that it is timing out.

However, the internet access from the phone works great and I can get around 280 Kbps when running speed test from the phone.
Do you think this an issue with Metropcs service bandwidth speed?
