Re: Best rom for business user.

My main issue with it is the calender & mail screens that come on the main screens. I did realize that I can just make shortcuts in my program folders to "mail' and 'calender" which goes right to the old ms interface....

Just Dl/flashed the 11/25 MightyRom and it seems real fast.

For business use you might try disabling the SenseUI and using the original 6.5 interface..

Go to Settings, Today, Items, Disable SenseUI and enable the first option, default Windows I think..

You'll get rid of all the TF3D eye candy but your calendar, tasks and messages will be right there on the today screen..

If you want a more traditional PPC look, disable the default windows and select what you want to see on your today screen.

BTW.. running on Mighty rom.. very fast, very stable, no bloatware.. what else you need?

Na.... Seems like there is plenty of those out there already... I was thinking of cooking one with WM7 & tricking the Tp2 screen to think it is capacitive.

I really dont think i will attempt cooking my own for a while. My wife is already pretty pissed that I spend 3 hours playing with my cell phone every night.

JAAS,

i did try using the windows default, it was ok. I am starting to gather that MightyRom is really one of the best out there. I had some pretty serious battery drain, but I did have weather on auto dl, and I was playing with it all day. Thanks for the advice though.
