Coreplayer does not suppoer ac-3 any alternate ?

Dammit i have been using latest coreplayer for some time and most recently last 3 files i downloaded in avi formatt will not play with coreplayer ??

error: Audio codec (AC-3) not supported by the player (010

funny thing is i can play all of them on my pc and my dvd player they are avi files..

so i am guessing ac-3 is not built into coreplayer is there another player out there for WM 6.1 i am willing to pay for the app..
