Am I the only one who found that navigating settings in WM6.5+ difficult?

After getting a tp2 with it's stock rom I remembered how easy it was to navigate the settings area on the 6.1 roms. I love 6.5 but have never been able to navigate the settings area well. Seems that everything was just missing or hidden.

This is one of the main reasons why I havent updated the rom yet. The other is the obvious fact that it isn't going to be nearly as reliable. Nothing worse than a frozen phone when you need it most.

what are you talking about????? Its the same, except in sense UI the first settings takes ya to tfo settings, then from there hit all settings, then everything is in the same folders for the most part, Ya have system setting just like before, personal like before, and now a connections one, and a few others, very easy to me....

System and Personal? Seriously? Every rom that I tried on my tp had the in different areas. Only the connections would be similar if it was even there. The all setting area would be nearly empty. I remember not even being able to find the power icon in the settings in the last rom that I used for my tp1.

I have tried 4-5 different roms. Initially I had some issues. But if you are going to try different roms you should expect that. I am back to Mighty Rom and most roms have the same setup... so it really isn't that bad.

I'll be honest, it threw me off the first few times because I had been using the old layout for the past 5 years. But if its a real issue, try using a white background for your today screen, it made me feel more at home :D

I agree. I just flashed back to 6.1 for warranty and, to be honest, I find the settings are easier to find and better laid out.

And, I don't know why, but it seems much much faster than MightyRom. Which seems uncharacteristic.

6.1 is easier to find settings and programs 6.5 has all these folders you have to look through there needs to b a app that easily drag and drop apps into desired folders
