ull need to do it via active sync and it takes 20 min

have you done this before?

i can make you a batch file and a cab you will have to install on it first to security unlock the OS to dump it.

If you have an account with them(sounds like u do) take this phone home to "test" return within 30 days(i think its 30?) if you feel like going the extra mile that is

u dont need to unlock it. its a reg edit to unlock the OS so active sync can read it.

a hard reset will set it back to normal.

6.5 update will be here for the TP2 by the end of november according to microsoft.

Thats not the carrier specific update, the update they're talking about is GSM and out already. I know Sprints wont be until January, possibly February
