Front Keypad Lights

I am looking for something (cab or registry tweak or anything else) that will make the front keypad (Talk/Send, Start, Back, and End buttons) light up when the ambient light is dim. I am assuming this will be tied into the screen brightness as it automatically adjusts.

Is there anything like this out there or can someone give me some direction on how to do this?
