Voicemail Shortcut

My voicemail shortcut key (press and hold 1 to dial voicemail) doesn't work...

Any ideas how I can get it back? If I press and hold 1, all I hear is the 1 key sound but it doesn't dial anything.

Go under setting >>personal>> phone tab>> check your CDMA setting make sure your phone number there ..

It's in there, but pushing and holding one does nothing

Did you install a non-oem dialer?
