Yeah, data on my TP was way faster in general, but I get higher speeds in places that I used to just get 1x with the TP.

I totaly Agree ..HTC mogul was faster than the touch pro which is even faster than TP2

Considering all the optimizations the modders here do to the firmware and OS, it makes you wonder why the phones have gotten slower with internet access; maybe serverside, Sprint can detect what phone you have and throttle down accordingly. Maybe nowadays, all the phones are about the same speed and what we're remembering is how fast they were back in the day...
