Start By Dialing ##786#.

Security code is 223525.

Click on MENU then Reset.

Click Ok.
Then Ok again.
And your device will go back to factory settings.

I use Vol Down + Send + End. Works great on Verizon TP2.

By the way that is YOUR security code (msl).

Also by dialing ##786# you can get how many calls and other logistic reports.
