TP2 not working
 

okay my phone isnt working at all anymore, i was running spb mobile and my phone kept freezing, i couldnt do anything, so i did a hard reset, took off the back and pressed the red button, now when i turn it on i get the lights at the bottom working, the tp2 loading screen, and the bright light (another screen), then all black......any help?? thanks

when you did the hard reset did you get the message that you will erase all information on the device? if not you have not done the "Hard" reset properly.

I have the same problem and was told by other members the phone needs to be replaced... I hard reset my phone and still when am on a call some times they stop hearing me and the back light turns off but the lights in the bottom stay lit. I open the key board and the lights go on as well. but the back light would not go on. unless I pull the battery out of the phone. I haven't changed it yet...

I tried doing another hard reset, and it worked....sorry on being so slow on getting back
