Re: HDWalls walkthrough for TP2 please?
Hey thanks for your guide was really helpful santod.
One question though , is the taskbar on top and bottom supposed to be skinned in landscape mode? or are they supposed to be black? What i have right now is skinned top and bottom taskbars in landscape mode that dont match with the picture on the background making it look weird. Portrait mode looks perfect though. Am i missiing something? (have RSTG rom installed manila 2.5 , windows 6.5) |

My current TP2 screen is below and I'm running Mighty impact ROM of 2-24.
Manila version is 2.5.201212125.0. I've been battling with trying to get a full Home screen image and finally posted for some help. Ive seen information regarding HDWall, Mods from santob and Bignadad, numerous xda and ppc forums and just can't seem to find what I'm looking for. Does anybody know how to achieve getting any wallpaper assigned to show up fully from top to bottom overriding the notifications area with battery icon, signal etc and the bottom curtain that houses the 3 icons? (Start menu, phone, menu?) I have a 3 colored home page depending on what wallpaper I chose and want to have the wallpaper override the other two areas on top and bottom. Again, I browsed through the forums and observed difficulty doing this especially with mighty mike's impact ROM but then again it seems others may have been able to get this to work and I'm need of the right pointers or step by step instructions. |

Again, thanks a bunch erikdrakon/santod. I still however was unable to get it to work. I realized that after installing the patch, A HD walls created wallpaper cab is needed and I couldn't generate a good cab that worked. Does anyone mind cabbing these up for me as HDwall wallpapers for TP2 that work in portrait and landscape modes? jpeg thumbnails below: Using mighty ROM Impact with sense-manila 2.5.20121225.0 My overall desire is to make the wallpaper show full screen in both portrait and landscape modes and override the top blue bar png background of the (battery/signal/sound icons, etc) and the bottom (start, menu, phone soft-keys) Ridding me on the green png at the bottom with little to no sign that the home screens are originally divided into 3 images. Thanks |
