they usually recommend NOT using displex on touchscreens. I have a bottle at home i used on my GF's blackberry. its not too bad depending on the scratch. hers was somewhat deep. it took some out but not all of it.

gotta be careful though...cause if you use too much it will eat away at the screen.

I tried to take a pic of it but it gets a glare and you can not see it then...its a pretty deep scratch...i put it on the floor of my car underseat when i went in the store to keep it charging and living in Hawaii there is tons of lava rock pebbles everywhere you go.

*UPDATE* *UPDATE*

Just talked to sprint dealer and they will replace the phone for FREE!!!!! because they said a scratch is normal wear/tear.
