Wifi Turning On

So I searched around on here with all the combinations of key words I could think of for a few days with no luck. So if I missed it somewhere please point me in the right direction.

Every morning when I get up wifi has turned itself on. I have SPB backup set to backup and soft reset at 3am. Does anyone have any ideas what could be causing it to turn on everyday? The morning is the only time it turns on. It started doing this about a week ago but I did not install anything new in the time between having no issue to having this one. Since this has started happening, the battery also drains quicker until I do another soft reset. There is nothing new in the task manager, just activesync and email account (should active sync be running if I don't sync up to anything?). Help would be appreciated.
