predictive software for the keyboard

I have the HTC TP 2. I miss the predictive software from my old phone but love the keyboard. I have read the posts regarding editing the registry but am not that brave. Does anyone know of a program that works with the keyboard and provides predictive input? I am not looking for something like Touch Pal which can only be used with its own on screen keyboard. I want something that will work with the HTC's built in input methods but auto-complete words and perform other predictive functions. Help! Thanks.

download latest reflectionist rom and flash it, you'll find exatly what you are looking for there. His text messaging app works just like the mogul did, it remembers your input!!! I PM him to find out how he did it, waiting for the reply

Anyway to get this function without a new ROM?
I am looking for a spell checker for text messaging but that isn't much different than predictive text, I don't think.

I really like the set up of my phone minus this one feature. I do not want to flash a new ROM to it. Adding a program seems like the best fix. Anyone?
