It plays an mp3 file I believe so whatever program you have associated with playing these files is what's used.

I've been using this from early 2day, and its just what i was looking for. i personally hate checking voicemails and going through them 2 hear 1 from someone i actually wanna hear from. i also like the transcribe feature cause i would rather read a message than have to listen 2 it, and sometimes its more practical to read it at work than to listen 2 it. i will use this 1 until i get an invite email from google since their transcribe feature is free.

so you're saying you're paying extra for a transcribe feature?

yes sir, until i get 2 use the google 1 which i believe is free. sometimes i need 2 check my mail covertly, and since this 1 comes through the speaker i like 2 just read it most times.

you can just call the number 1(813) 200-0200 and it'll act like your old voicemail, coming from your ear piece.

didnt try it, but i hate having to sift through voicemails. this way i get 2 pick which 1 i actually wanna listen 2 if any. i hated having 2 call da #, then put in my password and listen 2 atleast part of it...this way i see it on the screen and pick and choice.

my guess is *28 and then your number but I am probably wrong. Just call tech support and ask how you can get back to default sprint voicemail.
