RhodiumW: TP2 Pink & Green Dots & Lines

Anyone else getting little pink & green dots at the bottom of the screen in TP2?

This happens with MightyROM_RhodiumW_103009 & Juicy R2.

It's odd - when I flash back to Sprint ROM & I find that there are no lines/dots.

The green & pink dots/lines most apparent during a slide or at startup splash screen(s). Also when scrolling through white background messages the lines seem to jump up the screen. Seems like a bad redraw chip or something ('cause I don't see anyone else on here with the same issue!)

The issue does not appear to be related to dead pixels since all the pixels work when I flash back to the stock Sprint 6.1 - anybody else experienced this?

My phone is like 10 days old - should I reflash to stock, lock & return the hardware for a new SP2?

Is this Hardware or Software?
