Got Skype set up with unlimited in and out ($60 total per year for what's pretty much an unlimited calling plan).

How do I make it go out of the phone instead of the speaker so I can talk like I was taking a normal call?

I tried to sync with Google and followed the steps and it said it failed the sync. Suggestions? Do I need ActiveSync running on the PC and the USB cable connected?

I press the power button slightly and it turns off, but it turns on with notifications. If I have the phone on I want notifications, but I don't want it to turn the screen on if I get notifications and I have turned it off, and I don't want to turn it completely off, just the screen, to save power.

That's it for now, thanks! It's a very powerful phone and it will take awhile to get to know it.
