CDMA/GSM easy changer APP

i was wondering if there was an app or possibly if one was created that would make it an easy change from GSM to CDMA. So you press the icon or whatever and then a screen comes up with either like ATT, SPRINT, VERIZON... etc. you just press whatever network you want and it will auto change/configure for that network. (maybe as well as an adapt so when u travel it will auto roam etc...)

in any event was just curious if one like that was out...?
