did you install the HDwallsS software that goes on the phone as well? I think you have to have the phone software installed and then point the phone software to the .cab in a folder...
but i'm not sure...this is what worked for me...

You don't need the hdwalls program on the phone, that just supposedly makes it easier if you want to preview different background on the phone itself. All you need is to take the 4 manila files that the pc program generates, and drop them into your windows folder. Then you soft reset, and it should work.

Don't actually make a cab, after pressing create cab to get to the CONVERT button dialog. All you want to do is convert the portrait and landscape into manila files and then go to your HDWalls directory or whatever output directory you specified, and get the manila files from there.

I followed your directions in another post... can you tell what I'm doing wrong since it's only making 3 manila files?

I just realized it's creating different manila files than what's in your instructions... I'm using v.26 of HDWall - is that right? What profile should I be selecting in configure?

Try going to settings... click wallpaper... it might ask if u want to keep original wallpaper or something... click YES.... if it doesnt ask u that... choose... just choose another wallpaper.... which will change... then repeat the step above and click YES

Any know if the WinMo wallpaper changer works with 6.5? Or if itll work with this?

The one thru manila works to change the manila wallpaper screen. The one in the today settings will change your lock screen.

We should keep the HDWalls talk out of this thread as you don't need hdwalls to use the new cab. I think people are getting confused and using both. The new manila files or cab lets you keep fullscreen weather animations using any wallpaper you select thru the settings tab in manila.
