Need help extracting Modem Link application from Verizon Shipped ROM

first i'd like to thank conflipper for sharing the Verizon Shipped ROM.

Verizon Shipped ROM RUU_Rhodium_W_VERIZON_WWE_1.18.605.6_RS_1.87WV_NV_ VZW_1.50_0529_PRL58002_Ship.exe

I need help extracting and converting to CAB the Modem Link software thats included in this ROM.
